Refund policy

You can request a full refund of any rmvbg Pro purchase — Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime — within 30 days of the order date, for any reason. This also applies to each renewal payment, counted from the day it was charged. The free tools cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund.

Card orders are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record and handles refunds. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email on your receipt, or contact our support team at meetjahed@gmail.com and we'll arrange it. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. Paddle's own refund policy also applies.

Taka payments with bKash are refunded by us (Jahed Ahmed). Email meetjahed@gmail.com or use the contact page from your account's email, with your bKash transaction ID, and we'll send the money back to the same bKash number, usually within 5 working days.

• Monthly or Yearly: automatic renewals stop. Pro stays on until the end of the period that was paid for, then your account returns to the free plan.
• Lifetime: Pro ends when the refund is made.
• Your saved files stay in your account and can still be downloaded.

Don't need a refund, just want to stop renewing? Cancel any time from "Manage billing" on the Pro page. You keep Pro until the end of what you've paid for. See also our terms of use.
